These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Caarzoo platform and website, operated by Vimovyaa Technology Solutions ("we", "us", "Caarzoo"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts in India to use Caarzoo. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@caarzoo.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each subscription is for a single business entity. You may not share your account with other organisations or resell access to the platform.
You agree to use Caarzoo only for lawful business purposes. You must not:
Caarzoo is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance in Indian Rupees (INR). All prices are exclusive of applicable GST.
Payments are due on the billing date. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect it for up to 7 days before suspending access. You may upgrade or change your plan at any time; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
We offer a free trial period for new accounts. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the platform. Trial data is retained for 30 days after expiry, after which it may be deleted.
All content, design, code, and technology on the Caarzoo platform is owned by Vimovyaa Technology Solutions and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Your use of Caarzoo does not grant you any ownership rights.
Your business data (bookings, client records, invoices) remains your property at all times. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to deliver the platform services.
Your use of Caarzoo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.
We aim to maintain 99.5% platform uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caarzoo and Vimovyaa Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
