We collect information you provide directly when you:

• Create an account (name, email address, phone number, company name)
• Set up your fleet (vehicle registration numbers, driver details)
• Create bookings (passenger names, pickup/drop locations, trip details)
• Generate invoices (GSTIN, billing addresses, payment records)
• Contact us for support

We also collect usage data automatically — including log files, browser type, IP address, and pages visited — to improve the platform.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used to:

• Deliver and operate the Caarzoo platform and its features
• Generate operational documents (duty slips, placards, invoices)
• Send account notifications, booking confirmations, and support responses
• Improve the product through anonymised usage analytics
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements in India

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
