Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription payments made to Vimovyaa Technology Solutions for the Caarzoo platform. We want you to be fully satisfied with Caarzoo. If you're not, we're here to help.

1. Free trial

All new accounts are eligible for a free trial period. No payment is required during the trial. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account will simply pause — no charge is made and no refund is necessary.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable for the current period. If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of the billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.

Example: If you cancel on the 15th of the month and your billing date is the 1st, you retain access until the 1st of the following month with no further charges.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the subscription start date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining period.

To request a refund on an annual plan within the eligible window, contact us at support@caarzoo.com with your account email and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Exceptions — when we do issue refunds

We will issue a full refund regardless of the above terms in the following situations:

• You were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error
• You were charged after submitting a valid cancellation request that was not processed
• The platform was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period (excluding scheduled maintenance)

In all such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@caarzoo.com.

5. Downgrades and plan changes

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the difference in plan cost will be credited to your Caarzoo account balance and applied to your next invoice. Credits are not refunded as cash.

6. Taxes

All applicable GST charged on your subscription is remitted to the Government of India and cannot be refunded by Caarzoo. You may be eligible to claim GST input credit if your business is GST-registered.

7. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at support@caarzoo.com with:

• Your registered account email address
• The invoice number or payment reference
• The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
